So back in March I wrote this post saying that you’d be seeing more photos, more often; that I would be focusing on things I had time for and foregoing those that I didn’t (like actually writing on my blog) BUT… I just couldn’t get myself to do a post without putting words to it!

I’ve been meaning to post for a while now and I realised that I was going against what I had promised, but at the same time I was cheating the world if I didn’t put words to my pictures… I realised that I am a storyteller, and I couldn’t fully tell my story without first setting the stage – I would be doing my clients and my readers an injustice. Sure you can scroll through and quickly see some nice images of the shoot I did, but love deserves to be noticed and talked about. Love deserves to be more than some pretty pictures.

So… My new promise is to get my butt in gear and write awesome posts with lots of words and photos to tell the beautiful love stories I get to capture!

And just so that this blog post isn’t without any beautiful photos – here’s a picture of my gorgeous daughter 😀 (Who’s turning 1 in just 6 weeks! WHAT?!)
