Healing isn’t something I have all figured out.
It’s something I’m still living.
Over the last few years I’ve spent countless hours reading books, listening to podcasts, watching lectures, talking to professionals, praying, asking questions and slowly beginning to understand myself in ways I never had before.
This page isn’t here because I’m an expert.
It’s here because I know how lonely healing can feel.
If something I’ve learned helps someone else feel a little less alone, then sharing it is worth it.
What you’ll find here
This isn’t a course or a step-by-step guide.
It’s a collection of the things that have genuinely helped me along the way.
You’ll find:
- Personal reflections from my own journey
- Books that challenged me
- Podcasts and videos that helped me
- Things I’ve learned about trauma, ADHD, anxiety and faith
- Honest thoughts about what healing has looked like for me
I’m naturally curious, so if I find something that genuinely helps me understand myself or care for myself better, you’ll probably find it shared here.
You won’t find perfect answers, quick fixes, or someone pretending they’ve got life sorted.
Why this space exists
For a long time I thought everyone experienced life the way I did.
I didn’t have language for the constant anxiety, the overwhelm, or why certain things felt so much harder than they seemed to be for everyone else.
Learning about trauma, ADHD, nervous systems and faith didn’t magically fix my life.
But it did help me stop blaming myself for everything.
And that’s why I keep sharing what I’m learning.
Understanding Yourself
The more I understood what was happening inside me, the more compassion I had for myself.
Here you’ll find reflections on trauma, ADHD, anxiety, emotions and learning to make sense of your own story.
Caring for Your Body
I’ve learned that healing isn’t only about changing the way we think.
Sometimes it’s about sleeping more, slowing down, eating differently, getting outside, or simply listening to what our bodies have been trying to tell us.
This section explores the everyday habits, natural wellness, and practical things that have helped me.
Growing in Faith
My faith has shaped every part of this journey.
Not because it’s given me easy answers, but because it’s reminded me that I don’t have to walk through difficult seasons alone.
Here you’ll find reflections on Scripture, prayer, trust, and what God has been teaching me.
Resources I’ve genuinely found helpful
These are resources that have supported me personally. They may or may not be right for you.
