Menchen contacted me for some portraits so on a beautiful (not too cold) winter’s day we met up at the Botanical Gardens in Pretoria. When I asked her why she wanted photos of herself she told me an interesting story – she’s an occupational therapist but has always dreamt of being a TV presenter. Spending some time with her on the day I realised that she definitely has the personality for it!
